here it comes… Penilaian Barang Milik Negara yang tengah gencar dilaksanakan di Lingkungan Direktorat Jenderal Kekayaan Negara akhirnya menunjukkan taringnya, empat tim penilaian Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang Banda Aceh telah resmi mendapatkan surat tugas untuk melaksanakan penilaian di beberapa Kota/Kabupaten di wilayah Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam, dalam kloter pertama telah berangkat dua tim penilaian ke Aceh Selatan dan Aceh Barat, kesempatan kedua telah berangkat kembali satu tim menuju ke Aceh Tenggara, dan satu tim terakhir akan berangkat berselang empat hari dari sebelumnya menyusul ke wilayah Aceh Selatan.
Banyak hal yang terjadi ketika tim terakhir hendak berangkat, mulai dari adanya sosialisasi Sistem Informasi Eksekutif bagian Kepegawaian yang baru sehingga menunda jadwal keberangkatan tim keempat ini, kemudian salah seorang anggota tim yang terkena typus sehingga membuat tim sempat mengadakan beberapa pertimbangan untuk tidak mengijinkan anggota tersebut ikut tugas karena dikhawatirkan membahayakan kondisi kesehatannya, dan sempat ada permintaan bantuan penilaian dari KPKNL Bandung namun tidak dapat dilaksanakan oleh tim penilaian KPKNL Banda Aceh karena anggota tim keempat ini sudah menyebar untuk kembali bertemu di Aceh Selatan.
Waktu yang masih tersisa sebelum berangkat digunakan oleh masing-masing anggota untuk mempersiapkan hal-hal yang diperkirakan akan sangat dibutuhkan di lapangan, menyelesaikan berbagai hal agar tidak menjadi beban saat melaksanakan tugas di luar nanti, and you know what? banyak sekali ternyata yang harus diselesaikan menjelang keberangkatan tim ini (at least for one of their member)…
- menyiapkan berbagai persyaratan untuk mendapatkan Kartu Pegawai Negeri Sipil bagi empat pegawai yang baru saja diangkat menjadi PNS dan ternyata salah satu dari empat orang ini menyimpan persyaratannya di rumah padahal ia sedang di Aceh Selatan, jadi yang baru dipersiapkan hanya tiga orang
- menyiapkan salinan surat tugas sebagai bukti bahwa ia tidak bisa mengikuti kuliah pada rentang waktu tercantum, untuk diserahkan kepada dosen-dosennya bersama dengan surat tugas temannya yang lain
- menyiapkan cetakan rekapitulasi absensi elektronik dengan sistem fingerprint
- mengumpulkan dan menyalin file-file milik salah seorang Eselon IVa di kantor yang mendapatkan mutasi ke KPKNL Surakarta dari beberapa komputer ke dalam harddisk eksternal
- mencari barang untuk dikirim kepada seorang teman untuk diberikan sebagai pengganti barang (yang sama) yang katanya terjatuh
- dan ada lagi seorang temannya yang meminta bantuan
- menyalin file-file yang dibutuhkan dalam rangka penilaian ke dalam harddisk eksternal (untuk dibawa ke lapangan tentunya)
- mencuci baju!!!!!! (kayaknya gak usah dijelaskan tujuannya untuk apa)
